<image:caption>I’m an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, the global standard in professional coaching. This means I’ve met the experience, training, and quality requirements to be designated as a professional coach. I’ve been coaching since 2017, when I completed the University of California, Davis Coaching for Work and Life Program. Over the last 15 years I’ve worked in a variety of settings, from public to small business to multinational. I have a business degree from California State University, Chico and a MBA from California State University, Sacramento. I spend my days working as an HR Business Partner and an internal leadership coach for a local not for profit that’s consistently recognized as a best place to work. I serve as a trusted partner in helping leaders with their people strategy, engagement, culture, change, and communication that support teams to deliver bottom line results. I’m passionate about coaching because I see it get results and change people more than any other learning and development solution. To stand alongside someone as they move from a place of burn-out, stuck, clouded, and hopeless to energized, confident, and clear is simply amazing. I live in Sacramento and am a California native. I love our rivers, beaches, mountains, abundance of fresh produce, and progressive mindset.</image:caption>
